MISA License in Saudi Arabia

What to Know About the MISA License

If you are a foreign investor, the first question is usually: “Do I need a MISA license?” MISA is the Ministry of Investment, the body that manages foreign investment in Saudi Arabia. According to MISA’s own FAQ, investment registration is a required procedure that investors must obtain before starting investment activities. Many people, and some official documents, still use the word “license” for it, so we use both terms here.

Rapid Formations helps you with this first step and with everything that follows it.
